1.  Submit the completed Booking Form online, by clicking the "Send" button at the end of the form

2.  Email all the details requested in the Booking Form to languedoc.holiday@yahoo.com 

You will receive an email of acceptance or refusal.  Acceptance at this stage is neither binding nor confirmation of a reservation.

If your request is accepted, you will be sent a priced contract for signature and return.  Your booking dates will be held for you for seven days, pending return of the signed contract and receipt of the payment specified.

Immediately, upon payment of any sum of money, you will be legally bound and liable for payment in full.  The balance of the rental and security deposit will be required no later than eight weeks prior to your arrival date or, at time of booking, if less than eight weeks remain.

Before you begin your journey, please, check all payment due has been received and cleared by the owner’s bank.  Under no circumstances will keys be released unless this is the case.
