If you would like to hire this holiday accommodation, complete, print and send the booking request form below to the owner - you will receive an email of acceptance or refusal. Also, if your internet browser has difficulty in submitting this booking form, please, contact the owner.  Acceptance at this stage is neither binding nor confirmation of a reservation.

If your request is accepted, you will be sent a priced contract for signature.  Immediately upon payment of any sum of money, you will be legally bound and liable for payment in full.  Your dates will be held for you for seven days, pending return of the signed contract and cheque for payment specified.

The balance of the rental and guarantee deposit will be required no later than eight weeks prior to your arrival date or at time of booking if less than eight weeks remain.

Before you begin your journey, please, check all payment due has been received and cleared by the owner’s bank.  Under no circumstances will keys be released unless this is the case.
